I'm a Senior User Researcher with 10+ years leading generative and evaluative research across consumer, B2B, and provider-facing experiences in marketplace, healthcare, and financial services environments. My background spans information technology, user experience, and psychology, which gives me a holistic lens for understanding people and their needs.
I work across the full spectrum of design research — from discovery through validation — using mixed methods including interviews, usability testing, concept validation, diary studies, co-creation, and survey design. I translate that research into personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and opportunity maps that move teams from ambiguity to decision.
I partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to connect qualitative insight with behavioral, funnel, and business data, directly influencing roadmap and experience strategy. I'm also AI-forward, exploring AI-assisted synthesis, transcript analysis, and research-ops tools to accelerate insight generation while protecting participant privacy and research rigor.
